Mavin Records pulls Global Partnership With Kupanda Holdings.

Mavin Records (also known as the Supreme Mavin Dynasty) is a Nigerian-based record label founded by recording artist and record producer Don Jazzy on May 8, 2012.


The label came to fruition following the closure of Mo’ Hits Records, a record label owned by the aforementioned producer and D’banj.

The partnership is to foster the mission to work with Marvin grow and make it the music powerhouse of Africa.”

This investment by Kupanda Holdings will enable the company to strengthen African creativeness, local and international partners and will make it a go-to platform for connecting African music with the world.

Mavin is home of top African artists like Tiwa Savage, Korede Bello Dr, SID, and other top Nigerian artists. Since 2012, Mavin has been an industry leader.

The advantage of the partnerships will help to support artists values and stories.

Kupanda Holdings which is a multimillion dollar company. Will help in creating international opportunities for African music.

Mavin will hone in on meeting operational needs to match the fast-paced demand for African music by expanding their roster and strengthening amenities within A&R, touring, marketing, distribution, publishing, and partnerships.


This joint venture will be called Mavin Global. According to BET Mavin Global’s founder & President, Michael Collins Ajereh— formally known as Don Jazzy, the company’s mission is to also “grow Mavin Global into the music powerhouse of Africa by collaborating with artists, African creatives, local & international partners.”

He added “I’m overjoyed to be part of this new era for Mavin. With the support of this team, I’m excited to release new music for my fans and connect with even more music lovers across the world.”
