  1. Participatory leadership:
I will endeavor to provide a link between the Musicians and the meetings of the Music Union.I plan on doing this through prompt uploading of the meeting minutes to the Music Union website which will be build under our leadership as SG.
  2. Decentralization of the Union: Monrovia is not Liberia. Under our leadership, we intend to extend our activities to all Liberian Musicains despite your locations. We will establish a digital plateform and also create close working relationship with musicians in the 15 counties of Liberia.

3. Formulate a Statistics about the Music Industry: inorder to attract foreign investments into the sector, we will work with key stakeholders to formulate a Statistics that will give the total value of the Music Industry in Liberia.

4. Online System for Information dissemination: I would like to see an online system implemented for storing handovers and constitution using the website. This will allow easier access to information about the committee, constitution and day to day activities of the Union.

This would mean all the information is stored in one easily accessible place for online reference. The goal is to make the website and the Union Facebook Page a hub of information for the Music Union.

Liberian Musicians abroad will now have the opportunity to become a member of the union by registering online.

5. Copyright laws: As SG, I will push the idea for the enforcement of the copyright laws that musicians will benefit by collecting their royalties. This will be so easy as I am already an Ambassador of Intellectual Property.

6. Building of a Music Union Mobile app for easy access to the Union activities.

Constitution: Will proposed that a certain portion of the Union’s constitution be amended or revised giving all actors in the Music Industry

( Promoters, DJs, Musicians, Entertainment Bloggers) rights to membership.

I believe I will make a substantial difference to the Music Union.

As the time draws closer we encourage everyone who registered to vote wisely.

For the betterment of our growing industry.

We will keep you posted as promised.
