Artist Of The Week Jodi Clarke

Our artist of the week is this hard-working artist Jodi Clarke aka (The Liberian Boy) Jodi is a Liberian born artist who was raised in CoteD’Ivoire and the United States. His decent is of the Bassa ethnic group from Liberia.

This young Afrobeats, Afro-pop, and R&B stylish artist is always out to give his best when he touches a song.

His musical career kicked up due to the influence of great personalities like Lucky Dube, Michael Jackson, R. Kelly, Usher, Meiway, Marvin Gaye, Joe Thomas, and his beloved Mother.

Some of the big names Jodi has collaborated with includes; the Duo Bracket, Munnah (Lib Princess), Abizzy Demi, Adama and the list goes one.

Jodi is not a strange name to Liberian music platforms. Awards he has obtained include; Liberian Entertainment Awards Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Video of the year; Liberia Music Awards Artist of the Year (USA) and Video of the Year (USA); and Australia Liberian Entertainment Awards International Artist of the Year

He is the founder and CEO of Dope Music Empire. In recent time he released two hot Afrobeats “Game Over, & Experienced Player “. Jodi who is planning a tour this summer to Liberia is also preparing to do the visuals of the single “Game Over”. in Liberia. Counties he will be visiting are his hometown Grand Bassa, Margibi and Nimba county.
